We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more information, please see our returns policy here.

Orders placed by customers in the UK are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). Orders placed by customers outside of the UK will be exclusive of VAT. Once your order arrives in the destination country outside of the UK, local taxes, duties and charges which Mojo Skincare are not responsible for, may be added.

We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods such as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

If you include an incorrect shipping address or contact information when placing an order with us, please let us know at info@mojoskincare.co.uk as soon as possible so that we can try and update the information before your order is shipped. Once shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make changes to your order, so please check all information is accurate before placing your order. We are not able to make any changes to the items in your order once the order has been placed so if you have placed an order for an item incorrectly please see our returns policy here.

From time to time, we offer discounts or promotional offers on selected products. There will be messaging on the website of general promotional offers and discounts that are available but we also send discount codes to our newsletter subscribers from time to time so be sure to sign up to the newsletter to be the first to know.

For best results, Mojo recommend using our Hyaluronic Acid Triple Fruit Serum twice daily in the morning and in the evening. One full pipette should be the correct amount of serum per use but this might vary dependant on skin type and requirement.

Our Hyaluronic Acid Triple Fruit Serum will absorb fully when applied to cleansed, damp skin. We recommend using a full pipette of the serum per use. Gently tap your face with fingertips to encourage the serum to penetrate to the deepest layers of the skin for deep hydration and best results.

Mojo Hyaluronic Acid Triple Fruit Serum is suitable for all skin types although we would always recommend patch testing any new skincare product in a discreet area before use. If irritation occurs, rinse thoroughly and discontinue use immediately.

All beauty products have a shelf life once they are opened, this is known as the 'Period After Opening' and is shown on packaging with a PAO symbol. The PAO symbol is the shape of an opened jar and will have a number inside. For example, our Hyaluronic Acid Triple Fruit Serum has a 12M inside the PAO symbol which means the shelf life of the product is 12 months once opened. Once the product has been opened, it should be used within this period because after this time the quality of the product will begin to deteriorate.

We publish a full ingredient list on all of our product pages on the website, on all outer packaging of our products and on all bottles and containers. The full ingredient list for a product, also known as the INCI (International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient) banding can also be requested at any time. In addition, we publish various content on our website about individual ingredients and why they were chosen for our formulations.

We recommend applying our Hyaluronic Acid Triple Fruit Serum to cleansed, damp skin for best results.

Mojo have never tested any of our products or ingredients on animals and we have never conducted or commissioned animal testing for any research or development of our formulations. This is something that we have never done and will never do in future, under any circumstances. All new ingredients are reviewed and assessed by our research and development team before being used in any of our formulations. We research the registration status of these ingredients in world markets and note any past testing as well. 

Mojo products are and will always be vegan friendly because we don't use any animal or animal derived ingredients such as beeswax, honey or lanolin in any of our products. All new ingredients are reviewed and assessed by our research and development team before being used in any of our formulations.

All of our products are formulated and manufactured in the UK.

All of our packaging is produced with recycling and sustainability in mind. Our shipping boxes and outer packaging can be placed into your paper and card recycling and our serum bottles can be rinsed out and placed in your household recycling or out of home recycling bottle banks. We also work with our shipping packaging provider to offset the carbon footprint of our packaging supplies.
